A Message from Principal Mayo

Good Afternoon AVR Families,

As we approach the end of the first quarter, I want to take a moment to express my gratitude for your continued support, partnership, and dedication to our school community. It has been a wonderful start to the school year, and our students have been working hard, demonstrating curiosity, growth, and enthusiasm in their learning every day.

With the conclusion of the quarter just around the corner, this is a great time to talk with your child about their accomplishments, set goals for the next quarter, and review their academic progress together. Now is a great time to check grades on PowerSchool with your student and reach out to teachers about missing assignments or low grades.

Save the Date: Parent-Teacher Conferences
Strong communication between home and school is essential to student success. We invite all parents and guardians to join us for our upcoming Parent-Teacher Conferences:

Thank you for your ongoing partnership and for all that you do to support our students and school family.

With appreciation,
Principal Mayo
